Our Approach

ClearPath is an Australian based sales and business development consultancy that provides hands-on services to all types and sizes of organisations.  Often organisations do not have dedicated senior sales leaders in-house or in-country, and many of the key strategic and operational sales and business development decisions and processes are the responsibility of busy CEOs or leaders from other functional areas, or sales leaders in other time zones.

We sit down and understand the scope of your needs and the specific areas where ClearPath can help, which can range from a small number of one-off services through to a full suite of strategic and implementation services including on-going retainer arrangements. We focus on practical and effective solutions, and we can tailor and scale to fit your changing needs by collaborating with our specialist partners

Our Story

Andrew McLean, founder and Director of ClearPath Pty Ltd, has held senior sales and marketing leadership roles with major multinational corporations and medium businesses in Australia and the UK. He has a wealth of experience gained from leading sales groups focused on large and medium customers in the commercial, government, education and not-for-profits sectors.  Andrew has worked for vendors and channel organisations and this has been the foundation of his understanding of the importance of incorporating intermediaries into business development strategies.

With extensive experience in fast moving technology markets where changing market dynamics are the norm, and expectations for strong business growth are high, Andrew has the ability to bring real value to all types of organisations operating in similar environments.  He has a keen interest in the not-for-profit sector where significant external structural and environmental changes have created the need for new approaches for organisational business growth.

His background working in general management leadership teams and his formal tertiary qualifications in business and marketing have built a strong sense that business development and sales growth requires a holistic perspective where the capability and needs of all areas of the organisation are considered.
